    Jeff is passionate when it comes to guiding people through the mortgage and home-buying process. He takes pride in educating, communicating, and leveraging his two decades of experience to leave clients empowered. 


    This caring, knowledgeable and driven lending expert enjoys tapping into new technologies, while still communicating in a way that meets people where they are. To stay on top of industry trends and improve client experiences, he completes more than 60 hours of training and education each year.


    When not at work, you’ll find Jeff hanging out with his wife, Melissa, children Morgan, Hailey, Tyler and Liam, and future son-in-law Perry. This Cincinnati native attended the University of Kentucky (go wildcats!) and moved to Cleveland more than 25 years ago. His hobbies include riding ATVs and coaching youth travel baseball for his son’s team. Jeff is also an active member at the Chardon United Methodist Church.

    Brian began his career as a mortgage loan officer in the early 2000s. His strong work ethic and a thirst for knowledge helped him move into the management ranks where he expanded his skills and abilities in mortgage lending. Today, he uses those skills along with that same work ethic and drive to provide the best possible lending experience for realtors and clients. 


    Brian’s interests range from youth sports to reading, cooking and fine cigars, as well as faith, family, friends and heritage.

    Prior to starting with CrossCountry in late 2022, Mimi owned her own painting and home remodeling business in Lake County for 30 years. She taps into the same ease with building client relationships and helping people “get through to the other side” when it comes to navigating their mortgages. What Mimi likes best about her job is helping people acquire things they would previously have considered unobtainable through customized loan products. In addition to her deep connection to lending, she also loves fishing and boating.

    This newly licensed loan officer is happily transplanted from Las Vegas, where she grew up and earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in science and was a structural engineer for nine years. When it came time for a career change, she chose the mortgage business and enjoys helping customers become financed and taking them through the process of finding their dream home. In her free time, Caitlyn enjoys reading, cooking for her family, and exploring the Cleveland area.

    Hobbies include spending time with his beautiful wife, Robin, their two children Bethany and Kevin, and two grandchildren Maddie and Lincoln. Most Saturday nights, you’ll find Kevin spinning tunes as a wedding DJ.
